The phone unit itself. not the service (that is irreparable)
I would add a led flashlight and solar charger for emergency use
I would make it as big as those WWII radios with the antenna and backpack.. Plenty of RF Power, plenty of battery life. I would eliminate text messaging, its a conspiracy by teenagers to conceal their conversations and it really makes them look stupid. Like they just dropped a zombie pill. I would make the buttons the size of finger tips.. I would eliminate the games and the ringtones. Its suppose to be a phone... I would have it link to a gps satellite that would zap you with 440 Volts if you tried to use it in a store. I would make the battery charger run off a tread mill so it would force fat butts to exercise instead of spending all there time on the phone. I would automatically block calls from everyones wife while they were at work so they could get something done.
