Solar Garden Light Circuit
How do solar garden lights work?
I took one apart and it looks like its just a solar array, connected to a resistor, conected to a battery, connected to the LED. But. . . .how do they connect together? B/C of the small circuit board, and messy soldering job, I can't tell whats connected to what. Here's what I think is going on - the positive (red) from the solar connects to the resistor, then to the battery. The negative just connects straight from the solar to the battery. Then both from the battery to the LED. Is that pretty much it?
